New Development Surveyor joins the Blindwells team

We are delighted to kick off 2023 with news of a new addition to the Blindwells delivery team.

Gabriel Fella has joined Hargreaves Land’s Glasgow team following 3 years at Bellway Homes Scotland West.

Gabriel joins Hargreaves Land as Development Surveyor and is already taking on numerous responsibilities at Blindwells which is set to take another leap forward in 2023.

After concluding a degree in Construction Management, he went through Bellway’s graduate programme. As Assistant Land Buyer, his role concentrated on the land acquisition process in various locations across the West of Scotland, delivering sites for residential development.

Commenting on his new role, Gabe said: “I’m delighted to have joined Hargreaves at what is an exciting time for the business. I’m looking forward to getting to work on delivering the new town of Blindwells and also seeking out new acquisition opportunities to add to the firm’s development pipeline.”
