John Carlin

John Carlin joined Hargreaves Land in June 2025 as Site Manager.

With over 40 years’ experience in construction, John is an important member of the Blindwells delivery team.

In 1989 he became a site foreman with Stanley Miller and then spent 17 years with Morrison Construction as site manager.

He then held positions with companies such as Crudens, Sundial Properties, Bellway and most recently Sentinel Clerk of Works.

John is based at our site office at Blindwells in East Lothian.
